COMPANY BACKGROUND

International Asset Services Ltd.(“IAS”)  headquartered at 107 Constant Spring Road Kingston Jamaica, is an operational service centre that  provides asset management and loan servicing in the field of debt collection and management. As well as consulting and project services in the field of loan management, recovery and liquidation.  The firm’s loan servicing operations service in excess of 60,000 accounts worth over 100 million dollars US dollars of both delinquent and performing loans and mortgages.  IAS management has extensive industry expertise and years of experience in handling all forms of loans, recovery procedures and related special projects.

International Asset Services Ltd was created as a joint venture between the principals of RSM International (“RSMI”), the consulting division of H & R Block and TransAmerican Financial Services, LLC (“TFS”) an international consulting and management firm based in Dallas, Texas. This joint venture was formed in 1998 to provide comprehensive services for the international economic community in Financial Sector Systemic Restructuring, Financial Institution Management, Asset Management and Disposition.

After several intensive projects for the U.S. Government and the Government of Jamaica, the organization has created a reputation in the Caribbean and in the United States for the ability to handle challenges of complex assignments in a comprehensive manner. The firm opened offices in 2003 in Kingston Jamaica, to provide an answer to the growing need for professional consulting and business processing solutions for the Caribbean and Latin American market region; with advanced technological abilities and industry expertise in the arena of all phases of Financial Services and Asset Management.

Over the years of successful operations in Jamaica, International Asset services has conducted business on behalf of some the largest financial institutions in Jamaica and the Caribbean region. Therefore there is no question as to the longevity of IAS; celebrating our 10th year anniversary in 2013 and looking forward to another 10 wonderful years.
